Rhythmic Flow Taiko Workshop

Artwork by Parker Lumagui

Taiko drumming combines music, dance, theater, and martial arts into an engaging artistic and physical practice. This virtual workshop was designed with the therapeutic goals of individuals with Parkinson's Disease in mind, and simulates a taiko experience at home through an integration of rhythm, large amplitude movements, vocalizations, and cognitive challenge. No prior experience needed, all are welcome!
